Core Management Team
The Management team of the hospital is well integrated to consist of the Sr. In-charge, Medical Director, the Nurse Manager, the Rev. Father who coupled as the head of pastoral team and Health Service Administrator with the Rev. Sister In-charge as the chairperson and convener of management meetings. The core management is the highest decision making body for the hospital.

Rev. Fr. Francis Oteng-Dumfeh affectionately called Fr. Kobby was ordained in 2008 for the Catholic Archdiocese of Cape Coast. Prior to coming to Our Lady of Grace as the Hospital Chaplain in 2013, he had served as the parochial vicar for St. Theresa Parish, Diaso and St. Anthony Parish Agona Swedru. As a Chaplain, Fr. Kobby works to ensure that the Hospital functions as a healing community by adopting a holistic approach to healing in pursuant to Christ healing ministry and thereby help achieve the purpose of the Institution. This he does by providing, spiritual care, guidance and counseling to clients and their relatives, and hospital staff and he also solicits for funds to assist the poor and the sick. Father conducts follow-up visits to discharges patients in need to ensure they are established in the Lord and are socially re-integrated. Fr. Kobby acts as a liaison officer to the Archbishop of Cape Coast Archdiocese and serves on the Hospital Management Team to safeguard Archdiocesan interest at all times.
